Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • An incorrect item was delivered

Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.Once item is returned we will provide you refund . 

Non-Returnable Items

Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or purchased during clearance sales are non-returnable.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are processed via PhonePe within 7 business days.

Return pickups are arranged through Delivery where applicable.
