ALGOS allows order cancellations within 24 hours of order placement or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order ID.

Cancellation After Shipping

Once the order has been dispatched via Delhivery, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds

If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method via PhonePe within 5–7 business days.

ALGOS reserves the right to reject cancellation requests that do not meet the criteria.
